Shipping policy

The STANDARD shipping method is by USPS for domestic.

    Standard shipping packages should arrive within 3-5 days after shipped.

    Shipping times DO NOT included processing time which can take from 2-4 days.

    A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

    NOTE: ECLECTIKA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES BY THE COURIER.

    NOTE: Taxes and Duties for international shipping may vary depending on
    the country and should be paid by the customer. Eclectika is not
    responsible for those charges.

    PROCESSING
    We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-4 business days after placing your order for processing. 

    Insufficient or Incorrect Address

    If a package is returned to the sender ECLECTIKA due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare. We will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost. 

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification
    with the tracking information.

    Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your item's tracking
    page. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply
